 Swanleigh Camps and Conferences Overview
Located on 89 acres of picturesque rural land on the banks of the Swan River, our beautiful heritage facility offers a broad range of accommodation and venue hire options. We are approximately fourteen kilometres from the Perth city centre and seven kilometres from Perth Airport. We are near the junction of Great Northern, Roe and Reid Highways and easily accessible from all directions.
We are able to cater for retreats, camps, conferences and events ranging from school or church camps, student leadership or staff training days, team workshops, major corporate / community events and sporting festivals.
Facilities
Swanleigh boasts a large range of practical facilities for hosting both camps and conferences. Our venue spaces are able to be configured in different styles according to your requirements.
Options include accommodation for up to 243 people all year round, daytime events catering for up to 400 people and facility and conference venue hire with packages that include catering. Small groups may share the common facilities including the Dining Room with other groups (exclusive access only by negotiation for large groups).
A flexible range of facilities are available for large and small groups and some of these include:
- Dining room
- Conference rooms and small meeting rooms
- Boardroom
- Hall
- Library
- Drift Inn (casual meeting space/ creche area)
Resources available for use include:
- PA system, large screen video projector, audio visual equipment, whiteboard, overhead projector and flip chart.**
- Access to photocopier, facsimile and internet connection.**
